# Almond                             100 gms                        
#Poppy seeds                         25gms
#Dried melon seeds(4 types)   25gms
#Green cardamom                   5-6pcs
#Whole(sabut)kali mirch           5-6pcs
#Fresh rose petals                     5gms
#Sugar                                     400gms
#Milk                                           2lit
#Safforn                                   a few strnds

  Firstly,soak almonds,poppy seeds,melon seeds,kali(black) mirch,rose petals in 2 cups of water and keep aside for   3 hrs.In the mean time boil the milk along with saffron in a deep pan and allow it to cool down.Next,make a    smooth paste by churning the ingredients in a mixer..Add some water to the paste and sieve it through muslin cloth or strainer. Blend the Mix with the Milk.Chill it for an hour or so.
 The delicious milk'n'almond chilled shorba is ready to sooth your nerves

Milk and bread pudding can be an accompaniment or play the second fiddle to a glitzy dessert or beor  be pressed into service as a filling.It is healthy snack which can be given to school going children who are very much attached to junk food
Bread slices                        8
Milk(boiled)                        1/2
Butter(unsalted)                  4tbsp
Sugar(powdered)                  4tbsp
Banana(ripe)                         Two
Raisins                                   1/4cup

Preheat the oven to 180 degrees C or 360 degree fng.Line a baking tray with little oil.Keep aside.Blend milk with sugar and bananas in a mixer-grinder.Place bread slices in the baking tray and pour the beaten mixture evenly.After ,sprinkle the raisins.Now,place the tray in the oven and bake it for 30 mts.Do check before you take out the tray. Allow it to cool down and share it with your family and friends.
You can also add choco chips/or any other thing liked by your child
You can also make it  in a micro wave or manualy on tawa

Mouth-watering Malpua(pancakes)

Ingredients                                       Method.
For the dough                                          Boil the till it is reduced to its 1/2 qty.                                                                                 Roast the suji till it becomes brown.
1.Milk                                                       Add the milk along with maida  and there should be no lumps.   
2Maida(Refined flour)                             It should be a smooth batter.
3Suji                                                          Heat ghee in a thick bottom pan.Take the batter in a hollow spoo                                                          spoon and slowly slowly pour in the pan.(If per chance,the batter                                                         batter scaters,add a little more maida to it ) And cook it till it turns                                                       it turns light brown pancakes. Dip the malpua in the syrupand                                                    syrup and lay it on the plate.  Decorate thepancakes with w                                                                with warq,pisachio,magah                                                              in
